I had a wonderful time at this hotel with fantastic views and an excellent atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the vibrant food and entertainment. However, my experience took a turn for the worse after checkout due to some unprofessional behavior from security staff, which left a negative impression. Overall, while I truly enjoyed my stay, the unpleasant incident has given me pause about returning.

We had a wonderful time at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton for our wedding. The resort's amenities and activities kept us engaged, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. However, the initial pre-wedding planning was somewhat disorganized, and it would have been better if everything had run more smoothly from the start. Overall, we loved our experience and the memories made here.
