I had a wonderful time at this hotel with fantastic views and an excellent atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the vibrant food and entertainment. However, my experience took a turn for the worse after checkout due to some unprofessional behavior from security staff, which left a negative impression. Overall, while I truly enjoyed my stay, the unpleasant incident has given me pause about returning.

However, the initial pre-wedding planning was somewhat disorganized, and it would have been better if everything had run more smoothly from the start. Overall, we loved our experience and the memories made here.
